Thomas, We only have SWIX Tar left at this point. With SWIX Tar I would suggest that you heat it prior to brush applying to the ski but I would not thin it.

Attn. Customer Service,

I would like to purchase either a can of Start or Swix Pine Tar, along with a torch, in order to refurbish an old pair of Asnes wooden XC skis.

Prior to its applicatin, does the pine tar require thinning with mineral spirits or linseed oil?
