Family Dryland & Soccer Night

Thanks for 3 GREAT Dryland & Soccer nights. We will look forward to seeing you Out There in the Summer of 2015!

This the 3rd Summer of offering our Dryland Workout & Soccer night we are changing it up and will host 3 nights, 1 per month during June, July & August. We will do a Dryland Workout about 30-455min in length for all ages followed by 1hr of group FUN Soccer. This will be hosted at the Moon Lake Soccer Fields in Rice Lake at 6pm. Please RSVP if possible to info@outthereshop.com This will be held no matter the weather!

We would just like to say “THANKS” to all of the folks that got Out There during the 8 weeks of Dryland Training & Soccer. Summer Training~ The BIG Question?

The BIG Question is “Why” should I engage in off season training. Beacause it will help you in all aspects. The Bikers and Runners say-“Oh I don’t need that, I need to ride or run” Well Folks we do. Off Season training involves a huge group of sports and activities to get you in better shape for the Nordic Season. From Different Dryland specific workouts with Bounding, Jumping, Invtervals, Pole work and more to Road and Mountain Bike riding, Roller skiing and even fun games of Soccer and Frisbee. You will see a huge difference if you participate in a bunch of different activities. Join us “Out There”! You may even see you biking and running get better!
