Out There Rental Guidelines
- If you are looking to rent EMAIL us the name, height, weight & shoe size of each skier
- To reserve equipment, the amount of the Damage Deposit will need to be paid. Snowshoes $25.00 and Ski Packages $50.00. Cancellation policy – 48 hours notice ahead will be full refund of Damage Deposit, 24 hour notice ahead will be half of Damage Deposit.
- Rental agreement must be signed by renter 18 years and older.
- All of our Ski Rental packages work with NNN Binding System.
- Day Rental is for a 24 Hour Period.
- Weekend Rental is for a 72 hour Period.
- Additional $10.00 fee to be prepaid to set another drop off time other than open store hours.
- Damage Deposit required for each ski package and pair of snowshoe rental as follows: $50.00 for each ski package and $25.00 each pair of snowshoes – will be returned or credited upon return of equipment in good condition. A Damage Deposit will be assessed on every payment transaction for group rentals.
- A $75.00 fee will be charged for each damaged item returned.
- Rental items that are not returned on time will be charged the day rate rental for each additional 24 hour time period.
- Race Rental Ski Packages are available by reservation. We will need to know height, weight, wave placement or estimated duration of the event. You may opt for regular wax or get the wax of the day for an additional $49.99 plus tax, excluding Birkie Event Rentals.
- Please use our 24 hour voice mail at 715.234.7765 if drop off time has changed or equipment damage has occurred.

- Don’t stand the skis in snow banks
- Don’t ski across roads or parking lots
- Don’t borrow the equipment to others
- Don’t hot wax the skis
