Team Out There athlete Benjamin Lustgarten happens to be intown! So we have decided to do a Evening Dryland Workout with him. The event is free, but feel free to give a free will donation to Ben and his journey of skiing at the World Cup Finals in 2020
This event is open to all ages & levels of Nordic Skiers & Athletes.
Wear athletic shoes with good traction, dress for the weather and Classic or Bounding length poles if you have.
