One Session to focus on Balance, Stability and Body Weight Exercises, and the other to focus on Ski Specific Movement. Targeted for both classic and skate skiing of all abilities. In Person & Virtual Options

The 20 Session program has been fantastic! With a leg injury over 20 years ago, I have continued to notice a weakness in the leg which affects both skate and classic. With getting in the 20 Session workouts at least once a week, I have noticed a huge change in strength and balance on that leg particularly while rollerskiing.  Thank You!
