Today we hosted an “Intro to Nordic Walking” along with the Lakeview Medical Center Wellness Center. This event was held at the Rice Lake Cedar mall as apart of the “Walktober” Month hosted by LMCWC. Thanks again for those who attended!

Well once again the Folks at the ABSF talked to the “Right” people and came out with a Great Day for the 2010 Birkie Run & Trek. Fitness, Food, Fine Music & Fun was had by all. Already looking forward to next years event!
