Yoga for Cross Country Skiers

Like many sports, XC skiing is full of repetitive motions that can lead to imbalances and muscular stress. This class will use a blend of active Yoga postures, transitions, and Yin-style deep stretches to let you find release and opening just where you need it most so you can perform at your best the next time you hit the trails.
This class is open to skiers of all levels, even those who just like to think about it!
