American Birkie & F.A.S.T Performance Clinic
Well we hosted an AMAZING Clinic! 12 Master Skiers participated and learned a lot of great strength, technique and speed drills to work on and improve their skiing! Look for more oppurtunities like this for you to Get Out There coming in 2013!
Birkie Trail Run & Trek 2012 a HUGE Success!
The 2012 Event had record crowds & a wonderful day. Even a little SNOW on the Birkie Trail. Find a photo set on FACEBOOK.
We had a Relay Team that did amazing & a total of 24 people Out There participating in different events.
The goal for next year ~ 50!

An amazing Nordic Walk today on the Birkie Trail. ABSF Director Ned & his wife Kathy as well as others joined us for this great hike from Fish Hatchery Park to the OO Trail Head!- Get Out There and enjoy the trail!

American Birkie Trail ~ Crazy Good!
Last nights Weekley Out There Night Ski headed up to the lighted loops at “OO” on the Birkie Trail. Deep fast track (very glazed) and a firm, firm skate deck with good control. 2 of us headed South toward Gravel Pit in the Moonlight and had a wonderful ski. Trail is level and firm, Great Skiing! If you can get Out There and ski it as soon as possible. Sign up for the Pre-Birkie or North End Classic ~ Support these Great Events & The ABSF! It is Even Better in the Moonlight!
A Great Day at the 2011 Birkie Trail Run & Trek
Today was a Fantastic Day in the North. Another Great Run Event by the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation & 900+ participants! A Fantastic Day from the Maraton, Relay, 1/2 Marathon, Trek & 5km Events. Hope to See you OUT THERE Next Year!
